Professional LW line

The ovens of the Professional LW (LengthWise) line are deeper and narrower as the tray is inserted by its longer side. Both Convection and Combi models are particularly recommended for heavy duty and continuous use. The wide choice of sizes and intuitive control panels makes them authentic professional ovens both for large and medium-sized restaurants.

Cooking chamber in stainless steel AISI 304, with rounded corners in models from 5 GN1/1 CW to 20 GN 2/1 LW.

According to the model, the washing system can operate with liquid detergent or with Inoxtrend tablets.
