Meat roll, squid ink steamed bread, gourmet pizza, but also tarte au citron and chocolate muffins: these are only some of the tasty recipes prepared in these days by our chef and cooked with the new Professional Crosswise touch screen at Sirha exhibition. The latest model of Inoxtrend range is at work in different types of cooking modes, from slow cooking with core probe to steaming, both in gastronomy and pastry dishes, always offering excellent results.
